Greenville Farm Fences Comment:  A big project like this can be intimidating.  However, at the end of the day, most farm and estate fencing is just poles and boards.  A word of advice would be to purchase a wood color you like as it is naturally or use a colored product.  Long story short, a fence in the open South Carolina sun is going to need to be painted frequently.  Some people like the look of a farm fence with some age, others do not.  Just know that a farm fence isn’t going to withstand the weather like a protected backyard privacy fence.

You got a quote from someone else and it seems exorbitantly high?  We see this a lot.  A builder sees a million dollar home on dozens of acres and prices the fence under the assumption that “the money is there”.  While it is true that there is nothing cheap about putting up hundreds or even thousands of feet of high quality fencing, it shouldn’t require a second mortgage.  We also price the job and not the person.
