Mauldin, SC Fence Company

Green Hill Fence Company has the distinction of installing one of the largest fence projects ever built in Mauldin.  We did all of the fencing for the new Novo apartment complex on North Main St in Mauldin.  The project had over a half mile of black chain link fence, hundreds of feet of wood fence, more than one thousand feet of 5’ black aluminum fence around the front entrance and new pool.  It was a big one!  We have other commercial fence installs in the ground for the Mauldin branch of Storage Rentals of America.  That was a large chain link project with barbed wire.

We sometimes joke in our office that Mauldin is the chain link capital of the upstate.  The majority of Mauldin homes are one story brick ranch style houses that had a chain link fence installed in the 1970s.  When we do residential work in Mauldin, it is usually to tear out an old chain link fence and install a new aluminum, vinyl, or wood fence.

Geographically, Mauldin is probably our smallest market.  But we still do a fence install there ever couple of months.  We are expecting to be in Mauldin much more frequently as some of the new developments start to come online.
