We are getting a lot of fence work in Pelzer right now. Trollingwood and Saddlehorn are two new developments keeping us busy. Over the past couple of years we have built over a dozen wood and white vinyl privacy fences in Rogers Knoll and Parkview Glen in Pelzer. We also get into the country too; it isn’t all neighborhoods.
We have built on Snow, Ballard, Dendy, Daventon, and Garrett roads. We are expecting Pelzer to continue to be a hot market for us. The lots are large and the digging is easy. That means we can offer really competitive pricing on all new aluminum, vinyl, wood, and chain link fence builds.
