Pendleton, SC Fence Company

What was once a sleepy farming community twenty years ago has turned into one of the hottest residential housing markets in Anderson County.  We are on pace to build one new fence in Pendleton every month this year.  That may not seem like a lot, but several years ago that was zero fences a month in Pendleton!  Word is definitely getting out.

We have done several fences for new movers in Queens Mill in downtown Pendleton.  We are building a lot of wood and vinyl privacy fences on Capslock Trail and Millhone Way right off Highway 76.  It isn’t all just new neighborhoods though.  We have built pool fences on Jim Smith Rd and Massey Rd.  We were also contracted to build a really unique picket fence on Burdette Circle in Pendleton.  We are expecting our fence business in Pendleton to continue to grow as the area expands with both new neighborhoods and businesses.
