Despite being headquartered in Greenville, we are actually the most active fence builder on Lake Keowee and throughout Seneca.  That includes Sunset, Salem, and Six Mile as well as occasionally Westminster and Walhalla.  Our warehouse location allows us to get to Lake Keowee within 45 minutes.  We have built our reputation around Seneca thanks to being the preferred fence company by many pool builders and several luxury home builders.  We do quality work so other high-end professionals refer us frequently.

Most of the fencing we do in Seneca winds up being decorative and ornamental aluminum (sometimes incorrectly called wrought iron fence).  We do this fence style a lot for two reasons.  Many large communities on Lake Keowee only allow aluminum fencing.  That applies to The Reserve, Keowee Key, and the various Cliffs communities.  Maybe a dozen other smaller developments are also pushing just aluminum fencing.  And furthermore, if you have a nice lakehouse in Seneca, you also need a pool!  We are doing a high volume of aluminum fences around newly built pools.
